2020年3月の平日の夕方、豊洲駅の周辺を歩きました。

豊洲駅は江東区にあります。豊洲の街はオフィスビルと居住用のタワーマンションが混在している街です。休日、平日問わず、時間帯問わず、多くの人で賑わっている街です。

豊洲は関東大震災の瓦礫処理で埋め立てられてできた土地で、長らく工業地帯として使用されてきました。それが、1988年の有楽町線豊洲駅の開業、1992年の豊洲センタービルの完成によって本格化した区画整理によって、住宅地や商業地の建設が進みます。

その後は高層ビルや高層マンションの建設が進み、それと同時に小学校の建設も。現在のような、オフィスビルと居住用のタワーマンションが混在する街になりました。

2019年の「住みたい街ランキング」では4位に入っている人気の街です。その様子をご覧いただければと思います。

In the evening of March 2020, I walked around Toyosu Station.

Toyosu Station is located in Koto Ward. Toyosu is a city where office buildings and residential tower apartments are mixed. For this reason, many people are busy on holidays and weekdays.

However, due to the opening of the Yurakucho Line Toyosu Station in 1988 and the completion of the Toyosu Center Building in 1992, land readjustment has accelerated the construction of residential and commercial areas.

After that, construction of high-rise buildings and high-rise apartments progressed, and at the same time construction of elementary schools proceeded. In this way, Toyosu became a city where office buildings and residential tower apartments were mixed.

Now it is one of the popular towns where many people want to live. I hope you can see it.
