Well, I finally did it! I tried a Bambu Lab 3D printer, specifically the A1 Mini, as it was on sale for $200. I currently have three Prusa Minis, which are my main point of comparison for this printer. Surprisingly, the A1 Mini also shares some elements with the Prusa XL, a printer in a much higher price range, which I also mention in this first impressions/review video. Overall, this printer has been more surprising than I expected, despite all the hype surrounding Bambu Lab 3D printers. Hopefully, you find my take informative. Printer wise I’d have to recommend it, but company-wise it’s a bit more of a gray area.
