Our "HummingDove" had a couple of problems when it came to us: no battery in the pickup and strings that were dead enough to be considered walk ons for the Walking Dead. But, after some thorough cleaning and diagnosis, she's ready to be compared to her Gibson cousin.
*disclaimer* If you're looking for a video to tell you that the Dove Studio is better than the Dove Original, stop now. This isn't that video. But if you want to hear how the two sound next to each other, through the same amp and the same settings, check this video out. The Epiphone is a good guitar at a good price. But it's just not built like the Dove Original and the sound is proof of that.
