The "private bank of cigars" acts as a 'vault' where customers' pre-selected cigars are aged for 10, 15 or even 20 years, bringing a new story to every single cigar. Behind every safe is a different profile; people who are addicted to the brand, others who like having a selection of cigars, some who smoke limited editions... Twice a year, all the boxes are opened and checked; Gérard Père et Fils offers this service free of charge, as they feel "good companies" should not charge their best customers for everything.
