At The Times, he served as White House correspondent for both the Obama and Trump administrations and now serves as international correspondent. A recipient of the Pulitzer Prize for Public Service, Michael brings a unique perspective on journalistic ethics, truth-telling, and the importance of a free press in sustaining democracy.
