In this video, I share my very first period experience — a memory that was more traumatic than I could handle at that young age. Many of us go through our first menstruation feeling scared, confused, or even ashamed, and I want to open up about my own story to break that silence. Periods are natural, yet so many girls are left unprepared and unsupported. By sharing my experience, I hope to connect with others who felt the same and remind every girl that she’s not alone. Let’s talk openly about periods and end the stigma together.
