The Purpose of Life | How-to-Live Talk With Meditation

We each have the opportunity to discover and fulfill the divine purpose of our life. In this video Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Govindananda conveys wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on how everybody has the potential to fully express a particular and unique aspect of the Infinite Spirit.

Gaining a clear sense of purpose is essential to finding the happiness and inner peace that we are all seeking amidst uncertainty in today’s world. This talk presents practical methods anyone can use to find and manifest purpose in life — and ultimately learn to live every moment in the blissful awareness of God’s presence.

This talk, which includes a period of meditation, was given at the SRF temple in Glendale, California, in December 2024.
