It's honestly a little crazy to think about how many people drive past a roadcut like this and never stop to look at it or think about the material which might be sitting next to the road. Over the years, we have found so many interesting things at places just like this, from agates to zeolites and everything in between!
The fossils from this location are incredibly abundant to the point where tools don't really seem required and the best finds came from just flipping rocks.
