I spent four nights and about 35 hours of troubleshooting, trying a large number of different settings for PHD2 and GSS, finally achieving fantastic guiding on the fourth night.
This video is the short version where I talk about the configuration that has allowed me to eventually track around 0.35" total RMS error, with periods of tracking as accurate as 0.24".
I'm working on a longer video that will discuss a bit more in-depth what I tried and how I came up with the configuration I'm using now.
