Weaver was brought over to Dota Underlords in 'The Big Update' on October 24th, 2019.
Weaver was teased along with the Insect Alliance that would also bring over Broodmother and Nyx on October 18th, 2019.
I think Jason Spisak does a good Weaver impression here.
However, this portrayal of Weaver is quite different than Scully's Dota 2 performance.
Weaver appears to be more sinister and a bit arrogant and all-powerful in Dota Underlords, where in Dota 2, he is very loud, crazy and more humorous.
