Teaching course starts on 14th March 2025 Friday (Tibetan calendar: Shakyamuni Buddha's Paranirvana Day), afterwards teaching continues on every Friday evening via online at 8:30 PM (MY / TW Time)

Respected Dharma friends: Tashi Delek ! Many of us have been studying Buddhism for three to four years, or even ten to twenty years. However, we seem to be preoccupied with worldly affairs, and in our Buddhist practice, we remain stagnant. Moreover, our afflictions, habits, and attachments have not decreased; instead, they have increased day by day. Since all phenomena are impermanent and life is fragile, how much time and opportunity do we have left to study Buddhism? We should be vigilant and make good use of our precious time to practice Buddhism. Given the urgency and necessity of studying Buddhism, we hope each student can establish a solid foundation and learn the correct teachings, applying them to our daily lives to gain more benefits.

Co-hosted by Malaysia based Sakya Centre - Shri Bodhi Dharma Buddhist Society and Taiwan based Taipei Chinese Vajrayana Evam Buddhist Society, organized this teaching course starts with the foundation in Buddhism, focusing on the bodhicitta, method of listening to the teachings and maintaining proper conduct etc.

Teacher's Biodata :

Lama Jamyang Kunga was born on March 17, 1979, in Qinghai, in the beautiful town of Yu Shu . He began elementary school at age seven and entered Yu Shu Nationalities School at eighteen. In 1993, he received the layperson, novice, and bhikṣu vows from the great masters Luding Khenchen Rinpoche, Luding Khen Rinpoche, and Thartse Khen Rinpoche. In 1994, he entered the Five Sciences Buddhist Academy of Kergu Monastery, where he systematically studied major Buddhist scriptures and treatises.
After graduating in 2000, he spent six years in retreat, practicing the four preliminary practices and deity yoga of Four-Armed Mahākāla, Hevajra, Vairocana, Naro Khechari, and Mahākāla. In 2010, he traveled to India to study under his great master. In 2014, following his master's instructions, he became the executive director of the Taipei Chinese Vajrayana Evam Buddhist Society.
