✅ How to protect your accounts after the Meta breach:
Change your passwords — use strong, unique ones for each site
Turn on Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Check which apps are connected to your Meta account
– Manage third-party access here
Be cautious of DMs or emails asking for money, personal info, or links—even if they sound real
Educate your family (especially elders) on voice cloning, fake profiles, and deepfake content
