This week we find one of the more unique farms in Canada: a water buffalo herd. At the Koskamp Family Farms, Henry & Inge are milking a herd of about a hundred water buffalo and raising other for meat. The milk is being turned into cheese while the meat can be found as Tenderbuff. Come inside the unique farm producing for a niche market.
