This light orchestral Christmas standard is composed by Leroy Anderson. He formed the idea for this piece during a heat wave in July 1946 and finished it in February 1948. The lyrics for this piece were written by Mitchell Parish in 1950.
This is a personal favourite of ours and everybody knows the best part of the entire piece is the slapstick!
