[A/V(으)ㄹ지도 모르다] is an expression used when guessing something might or likely to happen. It can be translated to [might or may]. When guessing using the '~테니까', the speaker is pretty sure about the guessed situation, and then it becomes the rationale of the following sentence’s action.
