Ingredients
100g Almond flour
160g mozzarella cheese
1 egg
500g Minced Beef
Salt
Pepper
Thym
Melt the cheese in a microwave For one minute, then add the almond flour and one egg stir in slowly to form a dough.
Then roll out the dough using oat fibre as a flower so it doesn’t stick to the rolling pin. Or the Worksurface. Cut with cutter place in to the moulds and brush the edges with egg and add the lids and bake fo 30 minutes checking in between.
To make the jelly for the meat pies you need to use a packet of gelatine with beef stock cubes I melt the gelatine in hot water. Add the stock cubes and then pour more water into form half a pint of stock let this cool about 10 minutes and then with a syringe inject into the meat pies let jelly set inside the meat pies.
