Scars "Silent Fire"

This song was written during the darkest place I have ever been so dark it reached the edge of self-harm and other destructive thoughts. It is based on that experience, and on how the people around me reacted: some ignored it, others dismissed it as stress or lack of sleep, and in the worst cases treated it as if it wasn’t a real problem at all.

As it grew heavier i ended up meting people and found help true music singing and chairing there experience about it and it helped , and I eventually managed to climb out of it on my own, with a little help from friends who truly noticed what was happening. I found connection through music and through people who had experienced similar-or even the same struggles themselves.

Thanks to those people, I have grown as a person. I now live a normal life, carrying scars but I carry them with pride. They are proof that I survived, and that I am still doing my best to live each moment as fully as I can and i hope others can do the same and know they are not truly alone.
