"With All" is a declaration song taken straight from scripture passages such as Deuteronomy 6:5, Matthew 22:37-39, Mark 12:30-31, and Luke 10:27. In addition, the Apostles Paul and James, in their epistles Galatians 5:14 and James 2:8, state that "Loving thy neighbor as thyself" is to fulfill the law. So how can we do this? By studying and hiding His Word in our hearts, which is found all through Psalm 119, where the verses for this song are from.
