My poor toes still locked together..

The man that locked my toes up nine days ago came by to what I thought was to unlock my toes finally but it seems he had other ideas in mind for my toes. Was laying on couch when he came over and then sat on top of my legs so I couldn’t do much or see what he was up to. I could feel the thumbcuffs being unlocked one side at a time oh that felt so good then it felt like he locked my toes back up which is in turn is what he did. As I looked down at my trapped toes once again I couldn’t see he locked up keys along with my toes. He was I just had to do it I was like it’s ok no big deal. I was like ok this should be fun to get a key of the ring which is really tight and can’t really turn the ring to find the opening to try and remove a key. Bad part is I can’t see the key rings so I don’t know if he glued the ends or soldered them close so I can’t open at all. So it’s looking like a long adventure for my toes once again til I figure how to remove the thumbcuffs from my toes so how. Otherwise not sure how to remove without the key because he put the second lock on so you can’t tighten them up which is good but you can only open with a key now. So until I can feel around under my toes to try and undo a key I’m kinda stuck again with no way out of the thumbcuffs attached to my poor toes.
