Train the GGG way.
Grip Grind Glory is training for judoka who want more than just turning up and sparring.
We build strength, conditioning, and mindset outside the dojo so that what you do on the mat actually moves forward.
GGG runs in 2-month cycles, all year round.
Each cycle gives you something clear to train for, not just sessions to attend.
Every cycle includes 3 connected events:
GRIP — learn and refine key skills
GRIND — test yourself under pressure
GLORY — apply it in a structured challenge
This is training with purpose:
to stay athletic as an adult
to handle intensity and fatigue
to feel capable, not broken
to belong to something consistent, not random
