Kava is an unbelievably popular substance across the Pacific Islands, especially right here on Pohnpei island (Micronesia). Kava is made from the roots of the kava plant, mixed with the hibiscus plant, and then squeezed out into a cup. Kava is one of the most interesting drinks I've ever seen, and I can't wait to tell you all about it in this video!
