Ingredients
1 kg raw mangoes
3/4 th cup small dried red chillies
10-12 dried red chillies ( Kashmiri or Byadgi chillies )
3 tsps mustard seeds
10 pealed garlic cloves .
1 tsp roasted jeera
Pinch of roasted jeera
Salt 1 cup ( coarse or fine salt)
3/4 th cup vinegar .
For Tadka
4 tbsps coconut oil
1 tsp mustard seeds.
5-6 slightly crushed garlic cloves .
Handful of curry leaves
1/4 th tsp hingh powder / asofoetida

Wash & dry the mangoes .
Cut the mangoes into small chunks.
Use a clean glass jar & layer the jar
