“Nichinan Sunwave Drift” is a relaxed “Chillhop Big Band Drive” track for a 3 PM ride through Miyazaki along the Nichinan Coast. To keep the series visuals from feeling identical, this chapter leans into a slightly different sense of perspective and depth, shifting how the inside of the car and the outside scenery connect.

You begin around Miyazaki City, where palm-lined streets and bright but gentle sunlight set a tropical tone. As you head south, the route opens to the coast. Near Aoshima, clear water and distinctive rocky patterns meet the waves, and the afternoon sun draws soft shadows across the shoreline.

Farther along, Nichinan’s coastal curves bring alternating tunnels and cliffside views. Each time the road opens, the Pacific horizon stretches wide, and the air near the Udo Jingu area feels quietly sacred and memorable, even without dramatic night lights. It’s a warm daytime drive that stays calm, breezy and unhurried.
