Hiring Dental Assistants, Tackling Skills Shortage, How to Correct Team Members

This is a discussion regarding two very specific topics (challenges) that dental practice owners are facing. Negar Riazati; CEO Performia Australia speaks with Dr Becky Chen; Principal Dentist at Ballarat Family Dental and also the Founder of Denteamology.

The two challenges discussed were:

1) Skills shortage and how to widen the candidate pool when hiring. As well as discussing REAL case studies of how Becky has been able to attract very productive team members using the Performia attraction and screening strategy.

2) How to correct team members and provide feedback without walking on egg shells, which are still constructive and be well-received. We discussed where Managers must place their attention to achieve more of their desired results.
