Getting injuries from overtraining sucks. A tendon issue has caused me to have to take a primarily teaching role for the past few months but now that it is feeling better, it's time to get back in the fray. This fun little match was between Kai and Grant, a student of LF. I have to rework all of my bad habits and bad footwork all over again. Never take breaks if you can help it. It sucks coming back in! And always work on your footwork. Anyways, enjoy the match!
