Breakfast... lunch... dinner... and everything in between. I get asked often what my diet protocol looks like and what I do to stay in shape. So here it is... a full week of everything I consume in an average week.
You don't necessarily need crazy menus or insane amounts of meal prep to live a nutritious lifestyle. My secret to success is keeping things pretty simple and finding foods that enjoy so that I don't feel deprived.
