"Our manufacturing line begins with two essential vessels: the Water Heating Vessel and the Wax Melting Vessel. Both vessels are crafted to prepare the base materials at precisely controlled temperatures, ensuring uniform heat distribution. The Water Heating Vessel gently heats the water to the ideal temperature, which is critical for maintaining the quality of the product formulation. Meanwhile, the Wax Melting Vessel melts waxes and other solid materials with accuracy, so you achieve a flawless, lump-free melt every time. Together, these vessels set the foundation for a smooth, high-quality blend, ensuring that every ingredient is optimally prepared for the next stage of production."

"Now, let’s move to the core of the manufacturing process: the Manufacturing Vessel. This vessel is the centerpiece of the plant, featuring versatile options that adapt to a wide range of product requirements. It includes options for Semi Contra and Double Contra Agitators, each designed to offer the highest degree of mixing efficiency. Whether you’re working with thick, high-viscosity ointments or light creams, these agitators provide thorough and consistent mixing."

"Adding to its versatility, the vessel is equipped with a Bottom-Entry High-Speed Homogenizer. This powerful homogenizer breaks down particles and distributes them evenly throughout the mixture, ensuring a consistent, smooth texture that meets the highest industry standards. Our special design of Bottom Homogeniser gives excellent finess of the end product which is our core design strenght. The top lid is hydraulically lifted, making it easy to access and clean, while the fully vacuum-compatible design ensures that air bubbles are removed during mixing. This unique combination of features is what makes our Manufacturing Vessel adaptable, reliable, and ideal for a wide range of cream and ointment formulations."

"Once the product has reached the perfect consistency, it’s gently transferred and recirculated with the help of a lobe pump. This type of pump is specifically chosen for its ability to handle sensitive materials with care, preserving the integrity and quality of the product. In addition, a vacuum pump is used to create a vacuum in the manufacturing vessel, further ensuring an air-free, smooth final product. This vacuum process is essential for creams and ointments, as it enhances product stability, texture, and shelf life."

Our plant is designed with operator comfort and safety in mind. We provide a sturdy, ergonomically designed working platform across all three vessels. Complete with a staircase, this platform gives operators safe and easy access to every part of the system. The layout of the platform can be customized to fit your production space, ensuring seamless operation in any facility."

"Bombayengg" Cream / Ointment Mfg Plants are available from 1 kg to 25 kgs r and d to pilot models and from 50 kgs to 15000 kgs per batch production models with either single vessel, two vessel or 3 vessels variants to suit every requirements.
