Gale Storm's character is none too pleased that brothers Mike and Tim McCall (Rod Cameron and Don Castle) are on what she considers her family's land and makes her feelings known to Cameron when she holds him at gunpoint. However Don pops up just when the situation looks hairy and with Rod taking full opportunity to grab her gun she is left with little to defend herself with. However, she proves just as spirited without a gun and when Don tries to be friendly, she kicks him, leading to him putting her over his leg and spanking her, much to Rod's amusement. "If you want to act like a man, you ought to fight like a man," Don tells a clearly embarrassed Gale, who storms off to her horse and rides off, doubtless a little "saddle sore."
