Lobby group Black Forum South Africa is taking Public Works Minister
Dean Macpherson to court over what it calls the unlawful appointment
of five individuals to the board of trustees of the Independent
Development Trust.
The group accuses the minister of not being transparent in the vetting
process, and implementing a pattern of cadre deployment by his
political party, the Democratic Alliance.
