If you don’t want to watch the video and just want to know how to do the sound, here are the bullet points:
Some sort of metal drum. Typically a Ludwig Black Beauty or a brass drum
Powerstroke 3 or 4
EQ ring
Top head tuned to somewhere between 200hz and 300hz (depends on drum)
Bottom head to 400hz
SM57 on top and bottom (or Shure 545s unidyne iii)
Parallel compression
Compressed Gated reverb
