This video focuses on the workshop module on drawing body muscle, especially the human anatomy fundamentals related to balance and movement and flexibility and joint limitations which are the ley to muscle drawing. The workshop dwells on the importance of understanding the inner body and also learning by observing gymnasts/athletes and bodybuilders who have intense muscle detail.
