Thomastik Flatwound vs Elixir Roundwound Guitar Strings On A 335 Type Guitar

I just wanted to try to capture the differences in sound between both strings (Elixir Nanoweb .011 and Thomastik-Infeld Jazz Swing .012) in a semi-hollow 335 type guitar, as I noticed there are not many useful demos of those flats being played in a semi-hollow guitar. So here's my humble try on filling that void. I hope it helps with the decision process of anyone considering on trying those flats.
The guitar was pluged straight into the amp, without any pedal on the way. I played throughout the whole video with the stock neck pickup of the Yamaha SA2000, with the same pick (D'Andrea Pro Plec 351 1.5mm) and the volume and tone knobs all the way up all the time. Also, I tried to adjust the guitar action the same as I had it before changing the old Elixir strings for the newer Thomastik JS112, in order to make every potential variable get out of the way as much as possible.
And apologies for the low quality video on the Elixir recordings (newbie's mistakes).
