Twistingo Full Playthrough, No Deaths

Zuma and Bingo, combined together in one game. Yes, I know, it doesn't really make sense, but does it really matter? This was made in 2005, everyone was putting their own spin on Zuma around this time, and this is what AlwaysNeat cooked up. And honestly? It's not that bad. Not amazing, not something that you'd constantly go back to, but not a bad game.

So the goal here is, obviously, to fill out the bingo card by clicking on the numbers without dying. The starting hole spawns out a bunch of colored bingo balls and if they match the number on the card, you click. Wow, hard to comprehend, right?

Yeah, sounds like the simplest thing ever, but this game is actually a masterclass of scanning. It starts out with the balls going pretty far out along the path, which means you've gotta look at all of them, look at the card, look back at the chain, look back at the card, on and on.

You'll be guaranteed to get a ball number that is on the card within every 3-5 balls or so, assuming there is none on the board already. If there is one on the board already, that's where the game gets tricky, because then matching balls become far less likely to spawn at the start. The ideal play is to get all the matching balls in the chain clicked away as fast as you can, because then you can essentially spawn-camp the rest of the level.

The levels start out slow and easy, so you have the time to check over the whole chain again and again to try spotting the numbers you probably missed on the earlier checks, but later on you don't get much of that time, and with the second bingo card added in, that's 20 or so more numbers you have to think about every spawn.

75 possible numbers makes it actually pretty easy to misread one of them and leaving it in the chain to completely doom your attempt. I died about 15 times (but only once at the last (and hardest) level, thank god) before finally getting through. Thankfully this game is short.

There isn't that much strategy since the whole game concept is essentially number RNG, but there is a couple small tricks to look out for:
For levels with two cards, try to get more of the numbers on both cards being the same number. Less numbers to juggle with meaning you'll be more likely to remember "Yep, that's on the card" immediately and go on clicking it. I just looked at the first column, and if there were two or even three numbers the same in that column I went with it.
Take advantage of the stop balls to be 100% sure you have the chain cleared up before you start pushing more balls in.
Make sure that numbers right next to other powerup balls are not on the card before you use the powerup. The instructions say that it affects only balls not on the card, but that's a lie, it just explodes whatever's next to them. Many times it'll delete a clickable number that you instantly notice right after you activate the powerup ball and then the powerup destroys it. That sucks, so avoid that.
If one of the colors on the bingo card is all clicked out, stop thinking about them, that wastes time and brainpower you need for the other columns.

You should give this game a try, it's unique enough to be worth it, and plus, Hawaiian theme. You can't go wrong with a Hawaiian theme. The sequels to this game? Don't play them. Just don't even think about it. Do like a lot of Star Wars fans do: There are no sequels.
