Ran across a no start issue w this 2016 LML duramax following a cp3 conversion. Figured someone could benefit from seeing what causes this condition and how to correct it. Very simple operation but can cause a headache if you aren't prepared for it. If the return assembly is bad (broken plastic clips or faulty regulator), the replacement part # from GM is 12639000.
