Hi there, Doug Stuman with IT Creations! Today, we’re looking at the HPE Cloudline CL3150 Gen10 server. This is a 1U platform that offers high-density NVMe and is outfitted with a single AMD EPYC 7000 series processor. It has a no-non sense exterior that barely identifies it as a member of the HPE family, but aside from that it does embody the aesthetic we’ve come to expect from HPE. It’s definitely all business with its non-descript perforated front panel.
First off. What is Cloudline? Well for one thing I think we are all familiar with the “cloud” where all your stupid cat GIFs are stored, and that place they want to bill you for using digital storage for say your phone. And then there are businesses whose, well, entire business is on the cloud, or it’s a cloud application designed to streamline your workflow with easy to use tools.
