United States Marines Lockheed C-130J 170000 arriving at Cambridge on November 24, 2025 at 13:40 UTC as BERT10. The former Royal Air Force aircraft ZH885 had been maintained here by Marshall ADG for many years since its delivery to the UK. Now, five years later, Fat Albert returned to Cambridge for a centre wing box replacement, crucial structural work that will add decades to its lifespan. Upon its arrival, the aircraft was placed in the same hangar, from which it emerged five years ago.
