“Why, when we feel like we are doing EVERYTHING we should and putting the Lord first in our lives, do we still not seem to get what we want? Our prayers are not answered…why and what do we do?”
I pose this question and I dig into defining each of those moving parts. I also offer a personal story of my own to highlight a hard chapter in my own Love story with God, a dark chapter if you will.
God’s ways can be so mysterious to us because we just cannot know the future, and we constantly keep our gaze focused towards what is DIRECTLY before us. It’s hard not to as humans. But we fall short when we do this in our understanding of God’s plan for our lives, and for Life altogether.
