Philippians 3:13 (NJKV) Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,… When you don’t forgive, it keeps us from moving forward. Unforgiveness stops you from growing and developing. I call it cancer because if it isn’t dealt with, it spreads. Once spreaded, then the seed of jealousy, envious, strife all takes place. Which turns into anger= bitterness! As you are in the new year, make a vow to forgive yourself for allowing it take up space in your heart and mind, so long. Then forgive the person who offended you, betrayed you, hurt you, divorced you, lied to you, cheated on you, molested and raped you! Forgiveness is for you!!!
