Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns: 5 sets x 15-20 reps (last set until failure)
Lower Block Sitting Rod (Narrow Grip): 4 sets x 15-20 reps (last set until failure)
Rowing V Bar Lat Pulldown: 3 sets x 15-20 reps (last set until failure)
