POV: No cuts. La marzocco micra steaming and pour

Sigh. I broke the base lol.

I’ve been practicing getting milk steaming consistent on my La marzocco linea micra. It pours with a lot more flow vs my older setup so my art has been inconsistent.

Anyways, here’s a POV of my whole workflow in case it helps anyone else!

My latest flow with the La Marzocco Linea Micra

Home roasted beans ristretto shot at 18g in and 32out
5oz(150ml) stretched to 6-6.5oz

If I am using matcha instead, I use 2g of matcha, 30ml of 165F water and the same amount of steamed milk. I add a few drops of maple syrup as a sweetener.

Loveramics cups are 6.5oz.
