Century 3 is headed down the death spiral. Stores are leaving as the malls occupation percentage is around a mere 10%. The Sears wing is now unaccessible to public as the mall continues to cut down the space. So now 2 wings are left abandoned in the back of the mall. The mall looks as unkept and dirty as ever and looks like the mall owners no longer care for the property. I’ll give this mall no later the end of next year to be gone.
