A Baltimore resident is expressing frustration after his SUV was vandalized by a group of juveniles near the Baltimore Peninsula early Sunday morning. Surveillance footage captured the incident at 2:37 a.m., showing one of the seven juveniles throwing a cone into the vehicle's windshield.
The vehicle owner, who wishes to remain anonymous, described the damage, saying, "So from here all the way down to here, up. And this is what is damaged as well." He estimated the repair costs to be "about $1800."
