Haikyuu is a show that is easily skipped. It's a sports anime about volleyball - a niche genre about a sport that pales in popularity compared to other ballgames. But Haikyuu trascends those limits, offering a show with such wide appeal that anyone can find something to love in it. It's one of the best anime I've ever seen - and as someone with little interest in sports or sports anime, I almost never saw it - so today let me take fifteen minutes of your time. That's all I need to convince you that Haikyuu might just be one of your favourites too.
