Sewing studio vlog! | slow fashion | small business diaries (May 2025)

Hi beautiful people! 🌷
It has been a busy couple of weeks since we returned from our annual trip to Japan, so this one's a little late...but here's another sewing vlog!❤️

In this video, I'm working on the second drop for my recent collection - "Pre-loved Kimono Meets Deadstock Fabric", which focuses on comfort and size inclusivity. I introduced deadstock fabrics to focus more on comfort by lining the textured silk kimono fabrics and to add more size options.
(*Deadstock fabrics are leftovers from manufacturers and big brands, often sitting in warehouses waiting to go to waste. It's a more sustainable option than brand new fabrics!)

It takes me a little longer to get these videos out as I work other jobs as well, but I have some fun videos planned (custom orders, more sewing, Japan thrift haul, etc) so stay tuned 🥰
