ABOUT NOTATIONS
AC = Assist Chase | BRV AST = Assist Bravery (L + Circle) | DC = Dodge Cancel | FAD = Free Air Dash | WR = Wall Rush

Base DMG: Base damage. How much bravery damage a move does before equipment, stats etc. are calculated.

EX: How much EX gauge can be filled from the EX Force. A full gauge requires 1000 EX. One EX Force orb equals 3 EX.

P2 Assist: How much opponent gets assist gauge when attacked. This only works when "A Comrade's Vow" basic accessory is equipped. Only bravery damage affects it. The value itself is read from the game.

ABOUT SEPHIROTH
Sephiroth has strong synergy with Aerith due to aerial chase setups, Wall Rush conversions and combo extensions. This is not recommended for beginners, but it does provide distinct gameplay for Sephiroth players. Collecting EX Force is more efficient thanks to chase setups, but EX depletion is weaker without build investment. However, LV2 Assist Change staggers won't affect Aerith. That means Sephiroth's can go for assist combos consistently, regardless of outcome.

Similar to Kuja assist, Sephiroth can end combos differently depending on what he needs. Sudden Cruelty is the main combo starter, and most combos end with Shadow Flare into Heaven's Light. This is reliable for HP damage, and not demanding with positioning or input timing. But be careful the opponent does not Assist Change and move up along with Sephiroth.

Since Aerith's Seal Evil holds the opponent in place, Sephiroth can also end combos with Hell's Gate more easily. This move has utility in terms of EX generation and safety against Assist Change punishes.

ABOUT CIRCUMSTANCES
Most combos were recorded in a custom ruleset, with following parameters altered:
Critical Hit Rate: 0 (instead of 100)

In some video examples, the following parameters were also altered:
Assist Gauge Charge (Attack): 1000 (instead of 100)
Assist Lock Duration: 0 (instead of 100)

This is to make the process of recording combos easier. The lack of critical hits also creates consistency for damage values. Please note, that any high damaging BRV combos will do more damage with critical hits.

All combos were done against Sephiroth who has Auto Recovery equipped in an online match. Some wall rush followups were also manually confirmed with human input.

The EX Mode combo with Heartless Angel was done in Official ruleset. In that video example, P1 Sephiroth has accessories Tenacious Attacker, Cyan Drop x3, Cyan Gem and First to Victory.

Heartless Angel setup after Oblivion was also done with human input (both players controlled by one person).
