Walking on Ancient Greek Island of Paros in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey. Paros Island was also considered the wealthiest of the archipelago thanks to its great marble mountain and the corresponding quarries overseen by the local militia, most notable being the Fortified Marble Quarry set into the mountain of marble in the middle of the island.

By 429 BCE, the population of artisans working on the excavated marble had surged, but this economic boom also ensured that Paros Island paid the highest tribute to the Delian League out of all member states.
