According to Lieutenant Bonaparte, Rouille is leading a band into the Grand Chatele....and leading them to what would be known as one of the bloodiest events of the revolution: the September Massacres, where revolutionaries stormed the prison and executed the guards and prisoners alike if they even caught a hint of royalist sympathy. Wanting to keep the chaos from growing any further, he asks Arno to deal with Rouille before the situation becomes more unstable than it already is.
