Ingredients for 2 servings
Chicken breast – 250g/9oz
Cabbage – 300g/10.5oz
Garlic – 3 cloves
Sesame oil – 1 tsp
Neutral oil – for cooking
Spring onion 3-4

Chicken Marinade
Soy sauce – 2 tsp
Cornstarch – 1 tsp
Sesame oil – 2 tsp
Baking soda – ¼ tsp

Stir Fry Sauce
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Dark soy sauce - 1 tsp
Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
Shao Xing cooking wine or rice vinegar – 1 tsp
Cornstarch Slurry
½ tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water

Instruction
Slice the chicken and marinate
Prepare the vegetables and cornstarch slurry
Stir fry the cabbage and set it aside
Stir fry the chicken
Sear the chicken and add minced garlic and white part spring onions
Add sauces and stir it well
Add the stir fried cabbage and cornstarch slurry
Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil
