This 482-square-meter house, designed by architect Leo Romano, is located in a gated community in Goiânia, Goiás. The preservation of a century-old yellow ipe tree on the property influenced its design. The main entrance is accessed via a walkway, leading to a large social area integrated with the leisure area. To the right, the circulation leads to the bedrooms, ensuring privacy. The construction highlights wood and concrete, with a mix of straight and curved lines. The social area has a ceiling height of 4.50 meters, while the intimate area is lower, with a height of 2.90 meters. Inside, cumaru wood and cement-like porcelain tiles cover the surfaces. The living room opens to a veranda and an amoeba-shaped pool, surrounded by tropical landscaping.
