Figure Painting Tutorial 1/10 - Airborne Uniform in Oils

This figure painting in oils tutorial is the third episode of my how to paint a bust series and it's a step by step guide for painting uniforms in miniature, the green US Airborne Ranger uniform, painting gear belts and equipment in khaki and painting a bazooka using oil paints over an acrylic pre colouring.
This Young Miniatures (YM1855) 1/10th scale resin bust shows an 101st Airborne Ranger in Bastogne. I mixed the colours for painting a busts torso from Winsor & Newton oil paints, and brush painted them on the bust. For that I used Winsor & Newton Finest Stable and Princeton Brushes.
As a big Band of Brothers fan this piece is a special one for me, and I tried my best to bring this to a positive ending.
I hope this bust painting tutorial is helpfull for one or two of you and I can show some techniques for beginners and veterans.
